We are finally into part 2 of Wonder. This part of the book is told from Auggie's sister, Via's, point of view. I think it's cool to learn about some of the same events from a different perspective and to learn some more information.
We finally got to hear a description of Auggie from Via and we drew what we pictured him looking like, based on that description. I will try to post a few of the pictures here next week.

ReplyDeleteI really like Via. That is what a good sibling is like! I can understand how she feels invisible around Auggie. Her parents are always focused on him and sometimes it seems like they forget that she is there. She has spent so long protecting and taking care of Auggie, and now, she just wants a break!
